What happens next

  1. We review your application

    Our team confirms your address is inside our fiber build-out and matches it to your PCEPA electric account.

  2. A representative contacts you

    Within one business day we call or email to confirm your plan, answer questions, and schedule an install window that fits your day.

  3. Your install day

    A technician runs the fiber drop, installs the ONT and Wi-Fi router, and verifies your speeds before they leave. Standard installs take two to three hours.

  4. You are connected

    Enjoy symmetrical fiber with no data caps. Support is a local phone call away, 24 hours a day.
